Your Body’s History
Be aware of your body’s limitation and inform the instructor of any ailments that you may have.
Return to Center
Move in and out of asana postures slowly at first and always retrace your steps returning to the position when you began.
The Non-Competitive You
Yoga is never a competition against others or one’s self. It is about self discovery in that particular moment of practice – there is only the now.
Be Open To Receive
With regular and sincere practice, healing energies will come your way and may change your life.
Honor Your Edge
Your emotional body will give you signs of balance and imbalance. Learning to embrace where you may be comes with acceptance and knowing your own personal edge. Remember never to force a posture.
