Dr. Deb Matthew

Deb Matthew MD is an author, speaker, educator, wife, and mom of 4 boys. She helps you restore your health by addressing the root cause of your symptoms, instead of just treating diseases with drugs.

Dr. Deb was inspired when she experienced a life changing transformation after years of suffering with exhaustion and irritability from hormone imbalances that prevented her from being the wife and mother that she wanted to be.

She is on a mission to spread the message that having balanced hormones can help you to love the way you feel, and that living WELL is the best medicine. As a media contributor she has been featured in magazines, podcasts, national radio shows and TV appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, and FOX. You can learn more at drdebmd.com

Her best-selling book, This is Not Normal:  A Busy Woman’s Guide To Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance, helps you learn whether your symptoms could be due to a hormone problem, and how to find solutions.

Dr. Deb found that as her female patients got their energy and sex drive back, they felt great! The new problem became their husbands couldn’t always keep up with them! By popular demand she wrote her second best-selling book, Why Can’t I Keep Up Anymore? A Guide to Regaining Energy, Focus and Peak Physical & Sexual Performance for Men Over 40.

As a leader in this field of medicine, Dr Deb has proven her level of knowledge repeatedly. She has completed a 2 year advanced fellowship program in Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine offered by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) which incorporates over 200 hours of continuing medical education. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), and is an oral board examiner for the ABAARM.
